Daniela I. Saybe Guillen
- Associate Attorney
I was born and raised in San Pedro Sula, industrial capital of Honduras. I received my law degree from the University of San Pedro Sula in 2008. The following year I moved to Spain where I received in 2010 my first master’s degree in Globalization and Social Integration Law with focus on International Arbitration from the University of Navarra, Spain.
I am trained in both civil and common law legal traditions. I am fluent in Spanish, as it is my native language.
I hold a LLM in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law from the University of Houston Law Center with focus on Arbitration, Transnational Petroleum law, International Contracting, Drafting and Negotiating International Oil and Gas Agreements. Prior to earning my LLM in the US in 2019, and joining Markle De La Cruz, I worked as an attorney at a transactional and litigation law firm in my home country, where I practice law mainly in commercial and general civil litigation, corporate, contract drafting and contract dispute management.
Outside of the legal arena, I enjoy kite-boarding, playing soccer, mma, running and biking; absolutely love picnics at the park and having a good glass of wine.
